In various parts of the city, where the recent attacks have disabled refrigeration, food is rapidly going bad. Because it is beyond salvation, it must be destroyed. Fortunately, somebody is willing to lease out pigs to people to help manage the edible garbage.

The downside of this mission is that it's going to smell terrible.
